Regarding your subscription to MGX Direct services, we keep the personal data you have communicated to us for the creation of your account for MGX Direct as long as you use your account with MGX Direct or its applications.
When you don’t use it anymore, your password will expire after 90 days, then we’ll keep your personal data for 3 years from your last connection to your account. After this delay, your account will be deleted, unless it is required by applicable law to keep it longer.
In the event international transfers of personal data are needed, we follow the requirements of the corresponding countries .
